We can run a journal report, dreena327.

We're unable to directly export the Journal Entry transaction into an Excel format. However, we can run the Journal report that lists all Journal entries we recorded and from there we can export it to Excel.

I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. In the search field, enter and select Journal
  3. You can also click Customize the date range, and to remove or add Rows/Columns and Filter
  4. Then, click Run report to refresh.
  5. At the upper-right of the report, click the Export icon and select Export to Excel

Thank you so much... I am almost there.  Question though, how come the contents under the "name" column do not appear when I run the report?
