Is QuickBooks Online Customer Service always this terrible? The software will no longer export transactions from our payroll account to our accounting / reporting profile

Do you need to integrate QB Online and QB Online Payroll, or export QB Online data to TurboTax?

Hello there, Walker. To help you export your payroll transactions in QuickBooks Online is my goal.

First off, are you using QuickBooks standalone payroll? If so, you have the option to export your transaction and choose what version of QuickBooks you want to export it. Here's how:

1. Go to Payroll, then Overview.
2. From the Shortcuts, click Export.
3. Select the transaction you want to export. You can use Filters to find the transactions you need to export.
4. Click Export.

If you are not using QuickBooks standalone payroll, which subscription are you using? I would like to dig a little deeper into this matter so I can provide you with an appropriate solution.
