Our top priority is to help you resolve your problem with QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Would you mind sharing if you're having difficulties with your invoices? We'd also like to know more about if there's an error message you encounter when attempting to send invoices. We'll greatly appreciate any additional information or screenshots that help us provide accurate information and resolutions.

 

On the other hand, invoices fail to be sent due to incorrect email addresses. Therefore, let's ensure that your customer's email address is associated correctly. If the customer’s email is correct and hasn’t received the invoice, ask them to check their junk or spam folders. 

 

We'll either configure your email or reset it due to the recent update. Here's how:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Company tab.
  3. Click the Contact info section.
  4. Clear the Company email address field and enter the desired address, even if it shows the correct one. Ensure not to use any extra characters or spaces before, within, or after the address, you enter.
  5. Click Save, and then Done.

 

Regardless, if the invoice is stuck on the preview page upon sending the invoices, please know that we are committed to resolving this issue. We have an ongoing investigation about this one that our engineering team is still working on a fix. Rest assured that our engineers are aware of this matter and are diligently working on a fix so you can get back to business seamlessly.

 

You can contact our Customer Support Team to have your name added to the list of affected users and ensure that you receive email updates about the investigation's progress and get notified as soon as it's resolved. You can request that they add your name to the list of individuals affected. Then, provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-99715.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Help (?) icon.
  2. On the Assistant tab, enter Talk to a human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose how you'll want to get in touch with the support.
      • Start a chat with a support expert.
      • Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

Please ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available. This way, you can contact them at a time that is convenient for you.
