You can generate a Customer Contact list report that shows all the info of your customers in a list. Then, filter the report to include only all inactive customers. Here are the steps:
In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, go to Reports.
Type in "Customer Contact list" and select the report.
Select Switch to classic view.
Click on Customize.
From the Filter section, put on a checkmark for Deleted.
Choose Deleted from the drop-down list.
Select Run report.
