I would like to create some graphs and sharts from my monthly reports for the church to see the data in an easier layout. Is this a feature that is available?

Hi there, @JoleneB14.

Let me provide insights about creating graphs and charts from reports in QuickBooks Online.

If you're using QBO Advanced or Accountant versions, we can create charts to track your business. Follow these steps to view them:

  1. Go to the Reports from the left menu.
  2. Select the Performance Center tab.
  3. You can create a new chart from scratch by clicking +Add new chart or create a quick chart by ticking Quick add charts.

Otherwise, this isn't available for other versions of QBO. Thus, you may wish to consider upgrading your plan to have this feature. For more insights about the plans and pricing, you may refer to this link for details: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/.

You can read more about this feature from this article: Create charts to see your business performance. It includes details on how you can edit those charts and a visual reference for your guide.

On top of that, this resource can help you modify your reports and save their current customization settings for future use: Memorize Reports in QuickBooks Online.

Ping me a reply if you have any further questions about the reports. I'll always be ready to assist you. Stay healthy and hydrated.

Hi @JoleneB14 ,

Rishika here from Better Reports!

I think our app, Better Reports, can easily show this. We can create reports in tabular, bar graph, line graph and matrix format. I have attached a screenshot below showing a sample bar graph of monthly income.

Other built-in reports, such as “Customer Balance Summary Sheet” and “Profit and Loss by Customer,” are also available. We can also create custom reports based on your business requirements.

It is also possible to schedule the reports to be sent automatically to your email or Google Drive at a regular cadence.

What do you think?
