Is there a list of known issues?

Recently worked with support for over an hour before I had to leave the discussion. Is there a place where I can review a list of known issues to see if ours made the list?

Thank you for posting your concern here in the QuickBooks Community, @KMRickert. Let me share more information about the list of affected users.

Currently, this access is unavailable in QBO. We can offer to contact our support team, as they have a secure environment to pull up your account and add you to the affected users. The reason is there are security purposes that only the internals are allowed to see and information that we can't show to the public.

However, this access will be a great addition to QBO. I suggest sending feedback to our product engineers to see if they could consider this feature.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Profile, click Feedback.
  3. Provide your opinions.
  4. Click Next

Moreover, if you want to track your access request through this link: Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online.

I'm here if you still have questions about the list of affected users. Have a great day, and take care.

@JoanaC  RE: Currently, this feature is unavailable in QBO.

A list of known issues is not a feature. Do you read what you write to make sure it makes any sense at all?

As this is a "feature" provided by other software companies, I suggested it as a feature that Quickbooks could offer. But thank you for your supportive response. I felt the love.
