Spreadsheet Sync allows you to securely send data back and forth between QuickBooks and a Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet for up-to-date data and custom data and income insights.
 

Here's a list of what you can do with Spreadsheet Sync:
 

  • Keep your data in sync.
  • Create reports the way you want.
  • Run multi-company reports in spreadsheets.
  • Group companies and run consolidated reports in spreadsheets.
  • Use spreadsheets to create custom charts and graphs using data from QuickBooks.
  • Add and edit large batches of data in your spreadsheet, then sync it right back into your books.

 

You'll need to be using an Advanced subscription and be signed in as an admin user to open and manage Spreadsheet Sync. If you're not subscribed to an Advanced plan, you can upgrade any time.
