Question

Is there a way add the feature back of seeing when my customer has viewed an invoice I emailed them? I use to have that feature, is it no longer available?

I recognize the importance of the feature that allows you to see when your customer views the invoice. However, this is no longer available.

 

I'll provide an alternative option by reviewing the activity of your invoices from the Sales page. Let me guide you on how:

 

  1. Navigate the Sales tab.
  2. Select Invoices.
  3. Choose the invoice transaction you want to view the activity history.

@GlinetteC   Your "alternate solution" is NOT a solution.  It has NOTHING to do with what Jacqueline11 asked.  

If the feature is no longer available, just say so and leave it at that.  There is NO need to pretend that there is another way to do things, when there clearly isn't.

Of late, it seems Intuit just keeps removing functionality from QuickBooks Online. It's somewhat of a puzzle as to why.

 

Do they think it has too many features? That would be amusing given how few features it has and how weak they are compared to QuickBooks Desktop.
