Is there a way in QBO to track the time I am working on a client's project? Is it easily transferred to the Client's next invoice?

Since this feature is not available at the moment, consider checking third party applications.

Let me guide you how.

1. On the left navigation pane, select Apps.

2. You can search an app using the search bar or Browse Category drop down.

3. Select Track time.

You can choose the application that best suites for your business needs.

I've got some steps that can help you track the time, Stephen84.

You can use the Single time activity option in the + New window, or go to the Time Activity section in your client's project.

To access the Single time activity, here's how:

On the left panel, click the + New button.
Select Single time activity.
Choose the Date, Name, Cost rate(/hr), Customer/Project, Class and then enter the Time.
You can also add a Description.
Click Save and close.
