Is there a way to add another phone number to the profile incase couple people share the account? (To use their own banking etc to add funds )

Adding a new number to a profile in QuickBooks Online (QBO) varies according to whose profile it is. If this is the contact information for your customer, you can add a phone number and a mobile number by doing the following: 

1. Go to the Sales menu located at the left navigation panel and click Customers. 
2. Select the name of your customer. 
3. Press Edit. 
4. Under the Name and Contact section, type the Phone number and Mobile number. 
5. Click Save once done. 

On the other hand, if this is your company profile or in your Intuit account, you can only add one number. Therefore, you can send feedback to our developer team for them to analyze and include your suggestions in future releases.

Here's how to send it: 

1. Go to the Gear icon located in your top right corner. 
2. Under the Profile column, select Feedback. 
3. Enter your idea in the provided field. 
4. Click Next to submit.
