Sign in to your QuickBooks Online app from a mobile device.
Select Cash Flow.
From the QuickBooks Checking home page, select Send Money.
Select Deposit checks. A reminder, if you don't see the option or if it's unavailable, it means you aren’t eligible yet.
Enter the check amount. Make sure it isn’t more than the limit shown on the screen.

It’s not an option, so what dose it take to be eligible for this service ? There is nothing that explains what makes you eligible it just says you may not be eligible yet.

QuickBooks Checking offers mobile check deposits to eligible customers with active and in good standing accounts. If you're eligible, you'll see the option to Deposit checks when you click on Get Money.
Once approved, you can deposit business and personal checks in your name, endorsed by you, and drawn on a bank account in the US or a US territory.
