Is there a way to edit the Bill To and Ship To wording in invoices to say something else like: Pick Up and Deliver To?

Our company Picks Up products and Delivers To another state.  We'd like the invoice to say: Pick Up and Deliver To instead of Bill To.  Thanks for any help.

I can share some information about editing invoice templates in QuickBooks Online, jefron99.

 

The option to rename the Bill To and Ship To in your invoice template is currently unavailable. That will be a great addition to the current features that we have with our invoices, so I’ll take note of it.

 

You can also share your thoughts and ideas through your account about our invoices. Our Product Development team reviews all the feedback we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers. These are the steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Provide your product suggestion.
  3. Click on Next to submit feedback.

Has this feature been implemented? I provide private chef services to my clients and sometimes the location address is different from the billing address. It would be such a simple fix if I could change the wording of "Ship to" to "party location". I have tried multiple ways but have not found a solutions still. 

Thanks for any input or help anyone can offer.

Currently, the ability to change the Ship To label or customize it to a different wording on invoices has not been implemented. This feature certainly sounds beneficial for your private chef services and operations.
