Is there a way to have approvals when adding Vendor and Customers, so like an approver to approve any additions?

Hello, Amina.

 

I can see how beneficial adding approvals when adding a vendor and customers is for you and your business. However, QuickBooks Online currently doesn't have this kind of feature. With this, I encourage you to submit feedback. This way, our Product Engineers might consider adding this feature in future updates.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, located at the top right corner.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your suggestions/comments and click Submit.


Your feedback will be highly appreciated. You can also track the status of your request in our customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online.
