Is there a way to lower the mailing address on a check?

I understand you're looking for a way to change the mailing address alignment when creating a check in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @kristi31. I'll share information regarding this.

I can see the benefit of being able to drop the mailing address, but currently, this feature is not available in QBO. The only part of the check that can be moved is the amount. To enhance your experience with QBO and to have the opportunity to have your suggestion considered, you can share your valuable message with our Product Development Team. This way, they can review your recommendation for future product enhancements.

Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
2. Type in your comments or product suggestions.
3. Choose Submit feedback.

In the meantime, you can utilize your own preprinted checks to achieve your goal. You may also order QuickBooks-compatible checks from our website.
