Is there a way to sort the audit trail by user?

I was wondering if it's possible to sort out the audit trail by user's?

Hi there, @Precision Lawn Irrigation.

 

Currently, we're unable to run the Audit Trail report for a specific user. As a way around, you'll want to export the report to an Excel file and customize the report from there. Let me guide you how
 
In your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT):

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Accountant & Taxes and choose Audit Trail.
  3. Click the Excel drop-down menu and select Create New Worksheet.

    Creating a worksheet doesn't really help?  You can't sort by user because the user name doesn't appear on every line.  Am I missing more instructions?  Thank you.

    It's good to see you here, @Cynthia NTPHP. I appreciate you for following the steps shared by my colleague and their results.

     

    I can see how it would be useful to have the ability to run the Audit Trail report for a specific user and appear on every line, I'd suggest sending feedback straight to our product developers/engineers to be considered in the future. They are constantly finding ways to improve our product and service to make QuickBooks work the way your business needs. 

     

    To send product feedback in QBDT:

     

    1. Open your QBDT, then go to the Help menu.
    2. Tap on Send Feedback Online, then Product Suggestion.
    3. Choose a feedback type and product area on the QuickBooks Feedback window.
    4. Enter your suggestion or feedback, name, and email address (optional), then click on the Send Feedback button.
