Yes, there is, jobrentonrct. Allow me to outline the steps to save a customer's credit card details in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to streamline your invoicing process.

 

Before doing so, set up your Payments account in QBO so your customers can pay via credit card. 

 

Once done, here's how to save a customer's credit card on file:

 

  1. Go to Sales and click Customers.
  2. Select the customer name.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Go to the Payments section. Select the Primary payment method dropdown and click + Add new.
  5. Enter the Name and check the This is a credit card box.
  6. Select Enter credit card details.
  7. Fill in the fields and click Save. Then, select Save again.
