Is there an option to enabled a recurring automatic sales receipt payment that says in the status area PAYMENT FAILED as a sorting option only declined is an option

Hello there, @gunnutz. Let me share some insight regarding the option to enable a recurring automatic payment in your sales receipts. 

Currently, QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't have the option that shows payment failed in the status area as a sorting option.

We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience using QuickBooks. I recommend sending feedback to our Product Developer team. This way, they can consider adding the feature of displaying payment failed status in sales receipts for future QBO updates. To do so, here's how:  

1. Click the Gear icon. 
2. Select Feedback and give a summary of your product suggestion.
3. Hit Next to submit your feedback.
