Hi Olivia,

At this time, making the attachment section visible to the payor on the invoice isn't an option in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, you can add attachments to your customer and vendor profiles as well as their transactions.

To add an attachment to your invoice, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. In the left menu, click the + New button.
  2. Select Invoice.
  3. Fill in the necessary details.
  4. Go to the Attachments section and click on the Add attachment link.
  5. Browse the file you want to add, then click Open to add.
  6. Put a checkmark in the Attach to email box.
  7. Choose Review and send, then Send invoice.

That's it! Your customer can now see the file you've attached to the invoice.

For more details about attachments, you can refer to this article: Attachments in QuickBooks Online. It includes information about all the transactions where you can include attachments and the acceptable file types you can use.
