Is there any way I can print my invoice to include the images for each product? I'm adding them into the products and services but they are not appearing on my invoices?

So what is the purpose of the image section in the Products and Services list section if not to show up on the invoices (see attached screenshot)?

At the moment, we're unable to get updates about the product images. Though this option might be added in the future. You can visit our QuickBooks Blog to see the newly added features.

In the meantime, you'll want to go to the App Center and look for a third-party application that has the ability to add item pictures on your invoices.

I can see the importance of adding images to your invoices. You may add the product image manually in the invoice. There's a section on the lower-left where you can attach the image up to 20MB in size. I've added a screenshot for your reference:

However, if you're referring to add the image on each product line, this would be a great idea and I'd recommend sending feedback to our Product developer team. They may include this option in future enhancements. This is where you can send feedback:

I recommend sending feedback to our Product Development Team to help improve your QuickBooks experience.

Here's how to do it:
 

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then select Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Click Next to complete the process.

Just in case the steps above won't work you can directly for to the Customer Feedback website to send your concerns.

Ive been asking for this feature since we joined QBO 5 years ago. I've kept adding product images in the hope that one day they'll listen to us but I'm giving up hope. Currently having to use 3rd party quoting software (and paying a monthly charge for it) for something that would take a good developer less than a week to implement. :(

I can certainly see how much of a difference it would make for companies like yours if we could simply add photos to invoices.  Like you, I am eagerly anticipating the availability of this feature. 

You are being heard, and our product engineers are fully aware of this. I just want to let you know that they are currently collaborating to create features that will help their users. Also, a new feature will go through extensive testing to ensure that it is fully functional before being implemented. No worries, once a new update will be released users will be notified through email.

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Feedback under Profile.
3. Share your feedback.
4. Click Next to submit.

Adding an image when creating an estimate can benefit you and your business, @M-Hazan. Here are some insights into this feature.

Incorporating a picture into an estimate can be advantageous for your clients or customers to visualize the item. However, due to certain product limitations in QBO, adding a specific picture for each item is unavailable. In such cases, you can manually include a product image using the Attachments option in Estimates. It's also worth noting that the product image cannot be exported once exporting the product list. You will need to manually select the images in the attachments. Here's how to do it:
 

1. In the Gear icon, click Attachments from the List column.
2. Select the picture you want to export.
3. After that, tap Batch Actions and tick Export.

Furthermore, it's crucial to be able to add an image when creating an invoice or estimate and to export the product and service with its image. In this regard, we recommend sending a message to our developer team. This way, they can review your concern and may consider it for future product enhancements. Here's how you can do that:
 

1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
2. Type in your comments or product suggestions.
3. Hit Next to submit.

Moreover, you can save time when entering the same details by converting your created estimates into an invoice in QBO.
