Is there any way to increase from 25 billable users to more than that.? We are expanding and need the ability for more branches to be able to book Journal entries.

At this time the 25 billable users in QBO Advanced is the highest number of billable users available.

You can click the gear icon and submit feedback requesting the ability to have more than 25 users.

You may have two options:

1. Start utilize a 3rd party app for your team and remove them to access QBO. e.g a CRM app for your sales team, an Inventory Management app for your warehouse team.

2. Migrate to QB Desktop Enterprise. You may deploy a private cloud solution to combine any LAN users and mobile users working on the same file at the same time. Or put your license and data files on an authorized QB cloud hosting provider as mentioned by MaulikH.
