Meaning, can I see when a customer opens the Invoice??

Thanks for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community. I hope your day is going great so far. 

 

Checking the status of each invoice is easy as 1, 2, 3. I'm including some steps below to show you how to see if invoices were sent, viewed by the customer and paid.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. At the left navigation panel, select Sales then Invoices.
  2. Click on any invoice you wish to review. 
  3. Once you've chosen an invoice, on the right side of the screen, tap on Invoice Activity
  4. Now you can see the status of the invoice.

 

That should do the trick. You can also do this from your QuickBooks Online mobile app. For additional details check out Track the status of invoices in the QuickBooks Online mobile app
