Is there some way to include payment links with Invoice reminders automatically? There does not seem to be any way to do this and it's really absurd not to have it.

When QBO sends automated invoice reminders, there is no payment link option. This frustrates and confuses customers and causes problems. 

I've tried to include a link to a 3rd party payment site in the body of the reminder message that gets sent, but the form scrambles up the "/" character so the web address does not show properly.  Why is a payment link not automatically included in the reminder messages?  This seems like a ridiculous oversight. If I'm missing something, please let me know.

Including payment links with automated invoice reminders in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a great functionality, Steve. As of now, this option is unavailable.

 

Rest assured that the Product Development Team is constantly enhancing the program. They continue introducing new features, interfaces, or other improvements to cater to the users' business needs.

 

I'd recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feature request in the description box.
  3. Once done, click on Next.
