Is there something wrong with QBO lately? Whenever I open "journal" it keeps on loading and cycles. I tried in incognito and other browsers, and it was still the same.

Please know that a few months ago, there was an investigation (INV-103800) into a particular issue affecting QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounts. Some users were experiencing an unresponsive or non-loading page when attempting to open existing transactions. However, our Product Engineering Team has resolved the issue and it should no longer be a problem.

Since you mentioned that you've already done a few basic troubleshooting procedures, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team for you to be assisted with the next troubleshooting to be performed. To reach out to our Customer Support Team, here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?).
   • Select either tab to get started:Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
     • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us: Start a chat with a support expert.
     • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Please note that QBO Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start have office hours from 6 AM to 6 PM PT on weekdays and from 6 AM to 3 PM PT on Saturdays. QBO Advanced is available anytime, any day.

In the meantime, we can proceed with manually uploading your transactions into QuickBooks Online to ensure that your account is up to date.
