As per checking on our list, there's an ongoing investigation. I want to ensure that we take this matter seriously, and our engineers are working together to gather a resolution as quickly as possible.

 

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online support team to add you to the list of affected users and receive updates on the issue via email.

Here's how:
 

  1. Log in to your QBO company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Click Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:

 

  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
     

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT.

 

Furthermore, if you have received a payment from your customers, you can record the payment to balance your account.
