As much as I'd like to help you, it's already out of our scope to share some insights about digital gift cards.
However, I'm here to guide you on the right support to ensure that this issue gets sorted out as soon as possible. That said, I suggest contacting the Square Support Team to correct your data sync and the mapping of your gift card sales.
Here's how:
1. Click on this link.
2. On the upper right of the page, select Contact.
3. Choose the I have a different question option.
4. Type in Talk to a human.
5. Choose either Chat with us, Call us, or Email us.
