Before that, have you encountered any error messages upon recording an invoice in QBO? This way, we can provide more appropriate troubleshooting for the specific error and search for ongoing investigations in our system.

 

In the meantime, let's troubleshoot your browser to clean the corrupted cache that causes misbehavior in the program. First, open your account in a private window. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

 

Then, create an invoice. Once resolved, return to your default browser and clear its cache, or switch to another compatible browser.

 

Furthermore, you can customize your sales forms, so they look pleasing when sending them to your customers. You'll also get to decide which information to include when emailing invoices.
