Hi there, @reyguitche04.

Welcome and thanks for joining us here in the Community. I'm here to help fix the issue you're getting when saving your company logo in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

I tried uploading a logo here on my end and I was able to save it. Please see the screenshot below.

To isolate this, try logging into your QBO account using a private browser window. Your regular browser's settings or old cache might have caused this unexpected behavior while using QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  • On your keyboard, press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P keys (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

Once logged in, add and save your company logo again. For your reference, you may check out this article for more information: How to add, customize, and troubleshoot logo on sales forms. If it works, go back to your main browser and perform clear cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer. The steps to do this will differ depending on which browser you’re using. For further guidance, please visit this link: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

That should help save your company logo. But if you're getting the same results, please let me know so we can try other steps to get this working for you. I want to make sure this is fix.

Hi @AlcaeusF

Appreciate for the suggestion. I'm using Internet Explorer and did the steps as you suggested. Sad to say, when I click save it does nothing (I am expecting that it will close the window and the logo will show but it doesn't).

I'm joining this thread because a year later I just started QBO and am having the exact same issue. I can upload and "save" logos but nothing actually happens.

This isn’t the kind of experience that we want you to have, nevestudios.

Our engineers are already working to resolve this issue, and we're also waiting for their updates. In relation to this, I would recommend contacting our Support. That way, they can add your company information to the list of affected users. I can't ask it from here since this is a public forum.

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact us.
  2. In the description field, enter cannot add company logo, and then click Let's talk.
  3. Choose from Chat or Get a callback.

If you'll come across with an unexpected behavior such as this, please report it to us. That way, we can alert our engineers immediately.

Dear QB- I've exhausted all options with phone support. We have tried private browser windows, different logo formats and sizes...none work.

Last rep said it is a known issue with unknown fix date. It has been weeks now since you shoved new version down our throats - and I can't change company logo since then. As the company structure has changed, this is now a crucial business need with incorrect details all over every bill we send to clients.
