item list report

hi, i record the pledges and payments for a non profit organization. the item i put is would be for example "budling fund" the item type is set as a service, with the rate entered $0.00.

for some reason when i do a quick report on the item, all the pledges come up as a minus. is it supposed to be like that or???

I'm here to assist with your issue regarding the Item QuickReport as to why the pledges are displayed as a minus on the report.

 

When you generate an Item QuickReport in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), the negative value displayed in the QTY column indicates the number of times you have utilized that particular item on an invoice where the amount is also negative.
