We value your attention to detail in spotting the issue with your Non-inventory item(s) showing up as Service item(s), Eric. Let's work together on getting this sorted out.

To start, please review and ensure the unit is a non-inventory or a service-type item. Once confirmed, go back to your item list and change the product/service of the data showing the incorrect type of item.

Here's how:

  1. Click the item to open the Product/Service information.
  2. Select the Change type option and pick the accurate item type on the list.
  3. Double-check the rest of the item's details for accuracy, and once done, hit Save and close.
  4. After that, Refresh ⟳ your browser.

If the issue persists, let's troubleshoot your browser. It can help verify if this error is due to outdated browser utilities that cause functionality issues in the system. Let's begin with accessing your account using a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

From there, check if the item(s) still populates inaccurate product/service type when clicked. If not, it verifies outdated browser data impacting the system's performance. That said, kindly revert to your standard browser and clear its cache and cookies to narrow down the result.

Once you encounter the same outcome, you can consider using another supported browser.
