Hello! I’m trying to map QB desktop to Concur. Does anyone know what mapping to use to map Items? I’ve tried making a custom field in Concur but I’m still getting error and it’s not pulling in the item. Has anyone connected Enterprise to Concur?

In the meantime, I recommend reaching out to Concur support to further help you in correcting the mapping so items will be synced to your QBDT program without issue.

Thank you and I will take a look. The biggest challenge is that my items aren’t posting on the iif. It’s pulling in another custom field.
