To resolve this matter, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to ensure you can successfully match your credit card expenses to your bank transaction, aaron. Let me lend a hand in accomplishing this.

Before we proceed, I'd like to ask if you have encountered an any error messages while performing this process. This information will help us identify the best approach to resolve the issue.

To start, we can check if the problem is related to your browser. An overloaded cache may interfere with QuickBooks operations and affect the ability to match your transactions. With that, you can consider opening your account using an incognito window.

You can use these shortcut keys to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once there, access your QuickBooks account and try to match your credit card expenses and bank transactions. If this works, you may proceed with clearing your browser's history and cached. Additionally, you may consider using a supported browser to maximize your QuickBooks activities.

Moreover, you can also check out this article if you want to automatically categorize your bank entries to their respective accounts: Set up bank rules to categorize online banking transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know in the comments if you need further assistance in matching your transactions. I'll be around to offer assistance.
