The Job P & L colums:

Job Name General Contractor Total

I want to customize the job P & L to only have '1' column:

Job Name

You can't. The ...by [pick your field] reports like by Job or by Class reports always have a total column that you can't remove.

However, you can create a P&L and filter it for a Job. It'll just have the one column a standard P&L has, but the values will be filtered.
