I started a "new" company in QB in order to move everything from a very messed up QB! I entered everything through journal entries. Now my AR reports show all customer transactions, even though they are at a zero balance. How can I get a report WITHOUT all the zero balance customers? I tried the advanced option, and chose "in use" but they all still show up?

I appreciate you coming to the Community with your question about how to get a report without all the zero balance customers.
