Last year's invoices were deleted in error. I plan to import the invoices via CSV file to re-enter in QB. Will my customers receive auto emails showing balance due?

How do I disable the auto email invoice feature so customers don't receive balance due message when I am importing old invoices?

I'm here to share insights about sending invoice emails to customers in QuickBooks, Beth.

 

Once you import invoices via CSV files, customers won't automatically receive an email notification. This function is activated only when you manually create the invoice within QuickBooks and select the "Save and send" option.

 

Your customer will also receive a notification if you manually send them a reminder about this invoice that hasn't been paid or if you've created recurring invoice transactions.
