Line item description not showing up on invoice

1. Navigate to Window then click Close All.
2. Go to File, then choose Utilities.
3. Select Verify Data.

To rebuild:

1. Go to File, Utilities, and then hit Rebuild Data.
2. QuickBooks will prompt you to create a backup before rebuilding your company file. Click OK. A backup is necessary before proceeding with the rebuild.
3. Select a location to save your backup, then click OK. Do not overwrite an existing backup file. Enter a new name in the File name field and select Save.
4. Select OK when you get the message Rebuild has completed.
5. Go to File, select Utilities, then hit Verify Data to check for additional damage.
