Line of Credit coming in as Credit card and will not allow change

I have a line of credit through my bank and when I connect accounts it comes through as a credit card not a line of credit. I try to change it to line of credit but it gives me an error. We have run the report to fix the error but we do not have any cash or undeposited funds. Can anyone help? I have attached the error.

This error message appears when there are incompatible transactions in the account that you want to change into the Line of Credit detail type. These transactions need to be changed to use a different compatible account. You can use reports to identify these transactions.

 

Once you've confirmed that your transactions are using the correct accounts and you're still unable to change the Detail Type of the account, I recommend reaching out to your bank to verify if they can import their transactions as Line of Credit transactions.
