I'll share some information about tracking user activity, 18. 

The functionality to see when and who logged into the company file isn't available in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) yet. We understand how this feature can benefit your business and recommend submitting a feature request to our Product Development Team. Doing so allows us to improve your experience with the program. 

Here's how: 

1. Locate the Help option.
2. Choose the Send Feedback Online option.
3. Select the Product Suggestion option. A pop-up window displays.
4. Enter your feedback suggestion.
5. Click the Send Feedback button.

In the meantime, we can visit the QuickBooks App Market to look for third-party applications that are compatible with the product. Also, you can always stay current with our latest product updates and feature enhancements through this link: Product Updates.
