Looking for a report with all transactions for a specific product

Is there a way, with QuickBooks Online - Plus, to get a report of all the expenses, in a specific time period, showing all of the transactions for a specific product?

Thanks for getting back to us, DMalt.

 

We can pull up the Purchases by Product/Service Detail report. This will show you the purchased items and the associated vendors. You can filter it to specific inventory items if necessary.

  1. Click Reports on the left menu and search Purchases by Product/Service Detail.
  2. Click the Customize button and set the correct Report period.
  3. Go to the Filter section and select the inventory items in the Product/Service filed that you want to display on your report.
  4. Click Run report.

You can export it to Excel if you need further customization of the report.

I've got you covered, @DMalt.

 

You can run the Sales by product/service detail report. Follow along below to pull it up.

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Scroll down to the Sales and customers section.
  3. Click Sales by Product/Service Detail.
  4. Then, click the Customize button to set up the details you need.
  5. Under the Report period field, choose Custom and type the specific date in the boxes.
  6. You can also change the columns of the report.
  7. Once done changing the necessary details. Hit Run report

Thanks, I actually am trying to get a report of my inventory and when it came in and from whom.
