Glad to have you here, @CS6.
Allow me to share some information on how you can create an accountant's copy of your company file and set a password for it.
Here's how:
- Go to File.
- Choose Send Company File.
- Select Client Activities.
- Click Save Files.
- Choose Accountant's Copy, then click Next.

- Set your Dividing Date.

- Locate the location of your jump stick (:F or any removable device).
- Click Save.
On the other hand, when you set a dividing date on the company file, it only means that it is the date range of the data that your accountant can only work on. To set it. Lastly, password can only be set for accountant copies that are sent via email.
