Manage Sales tax is wrong

You'll need to update and ensure that the sales tax items set up in your QuickBooks match exactly with what you're using in your POS system.

If there have been changes to tax rates, ensure you update these in QBDT. Check your POS system's tax setup by ensuring it matches the sales tax rate and agency in your QBDT. 

Then, create a general journal entry to make adjustments with the total amount due in your Manage Sales tax page. Please consult an accountant to ensure the adjustment is accurate.

After that, consider running reports that will help you review your sales tax payable to ensure everything is accurate before paying taxes.
