Manually tracking mileage for 2024 taxes. I need to see a report that I can give to my accountant. It's not on P&L. I downloaded the .csv file but no totals on there.

Currently, the report to show the total mileage per vehicle is not available in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @willowsouth.

I want QuickBooks Online to have this feature as much as you do. Thus, I recommend sharing your thoughts with our software engineers. They carefully examine customer feedback, especially when determining how to improve QuickBooks.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
3. Type in your suggestion and click Next.

In the meantime, you can view the total mileage per vehicle on the Manage vehicles page. I'll show you how:

1. From the left menu, go to Expenses, and choose Mileage.
