Mapped Customers in Quickbooks Time is not syncing with Quickbooks Online Payroll?

When we enter time in Quickbooks Time, we assign each day's time to a Customer in Quickbooks Time. The time used to sync over into Quickbooks Online with the hours assigned to each Customer. It's not syncing any longer.
