Question

Mid last week May 8-9, the default due date based on terms code rules stopped working. All invoices were due 10th of following month. Worked for months but not now?

it's like the default terms is not recognized and most due dates are fa few days off.  Using Net 10 Prox concept and been working great until last week

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps, loverslanewholes.

Sometimes, older or corrupted caching files can cause problems in your web browser and can affect your default due date to stop working.

To begin, please log in to your QBO account using an incognito window. Depending on your browser type, you may refer to the keyboard shortcuts provided below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you still experiencing some challenges after using incognito mode, clear your regular browser's cache. This removes its stored cache to ensure the program performs efficiently. I recommend using another supported browser or device if you still encounter the same challenges.

In addition, you can set up automated invoice reminders to be sent to customers before or after their payment is due. It can help you stay on top of your invoicing process and ensure timely payments.

I'll keep an eye out for your reply. If you have further questions about managing your invoices or any QuickBooks-related concerns, feel free to include them in the comments. We're here to assist you 24/7.
