Money in/out on cashflow trend on dashboard not showing correct months

When I check and of the drop down options for months to view in the Money In/Out report on the dashboard, it shows the wrong number of months. For example, 12 months shows 8 months, 6 months shows 4 months, 3 months show 2 months etc.  Why is this incorrect ? Thanks.

Hi, @georgeDN. I can help resolve the issue with incorrect months displaying on your end. We can fix this by performing the troubleshooting steps I'll share.

 

When you work on these, the number of months will correspond to the date you've selected in the dropdown selection. Since you've mentioned that it shows the wrong number of months, let's open your QBO account using an incognito browser to isolate this issue. 

 

This window will allow your computer to run optimally and regain some storage space. To open one, please follow these keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If you can see the correct number of months while using a private mode, let's clear your browser cache for a fresh start. At the same time, use a supported browser so you can work on your QBO company seamlessly.
