I use the QB Self Employed app.  I added my accountant through the app and he joined but he can’t see any of my transactions.  My name is in his clients list on his QB accounting software but when he clicks on it everything is blank.  He can access his other clients QB’s just fine.

Welcome to the Community, @asteriskk

Let me share some steps to help your accountant access your transactions and tax summary.

Once your accountant gets the email invitation and accepts it, they can access your transaction data through QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA). However, if they can't, a cache-related issue is likely causing it. If this is the case, they can perform some browser troubleshooting steps. They can use a private or incognito window to rule out cache problems in their browser. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

After that, they can log in to their QBOA account and access your transactions again. If it works, they can clear their browser's cache to remove the webpage data that's causing the issue. If a private browser doesn't work, they can use other installed supported browsers.

Just in case you want to review and download transactions, you can refer to this article for guidance: Export transactions and get reports in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If you need further help to have your transactions accessed by your accountant, please leave a reply below. I'd be glad to assist you.
