I suggest doing some troubleshooting steps to ensure you can access the entire list using your QuickBooks Online mobile app. These steps are outlined to address this concern and ensure you can access the complete list easily. Here's how:

 

  1. Modify your WiFi data connection on your device to 4G (varies on each device).
  2. Close and restart your app. 
  3. Clear your app data. Here's how:
    • Open your device Settings. 
    • Select Apps (vary on each device).
    • Choose the QBO from the list, then select Storage. 
    • Select clear data.

      4. Power off and restart your device. 

      5. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
