Question

My client paid my Invoice. However, I can't find out if its in the process of being transferred to my account.

Let me provide some information when processing an invoice payment and help you locate the funds, Hello.

 

We'll deposit your first set of payments within 5 business days. These takes a little bit longer while we are still in the process of setting up your account. Once we set up everything, the deposit will be much faster and quicker. 

 

If the payment is processed before 3 pm PT, it should be in your bank account in 2 business days. If it is processed after 3 pm PT, we'll start the deposit the following business day.

 

You can check your Merchant Services accounts to see when the deposit was made. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Go to the Activity & Reports tab and then All Statements.
  3. Find your most recent statement and select View.
  4. Enter the last 4 digits of your Tax ID number.
  5. View the Date in the Activity Summary. This is the date the deposit was made.
