Question

My client tried to pay his invoice and is telling me. The processing did not come up on a secure website. Does quickbooks not use a secure server to process payments?

Ensuring the privacy and security of your data is our highest priority, Brian.

QuickBooks Payments utilizes secure servers for processing payments, ensuring that all payment and financial data transmitted through the system is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols to establish a secure connection.

Also, QuickBooks Payments is PCI DSS compliant, encrypting stored payment details with AES-256 and employing fraud detection tools to prevent unauthorized access and fraudulent activity.

Please note that we take security very seriously. The encryption used in our payment processing platform is up-to-date and undergoes independent compliance audits. Additionally, data is stored on a protected server, making it a secure option for accepting online payments.
