Solved

My clients are not able to pay their invoice through Apple Pay. But when I create the invoice using QBO, it has the Apple Pay logo. My client is upset. Help!

I'm here to help you in receiving payments via Apple Pay, usercounselor.

When they receive the email, they can click on Buy with Apple Pay or Apple Pay button to make the payment. However, there are things we need to consider here. Your clients must:

  1. Have Apple Pay set up on their iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
  2. View the invoice in Safari.
  3. Have an active credit card in their Apple wallet.

For your reference, here are the frequently asked questions about Apple Pay and QuickBooks. If the same thing happens, you'll want to advise your client to perform these steps:

  1. Use an incognito window and pay it from there.
    • ⌘ Shift N
  2. Clear the cache.

  3. Update Safari to version 11 or newer.

Keep on posting here if you need anything else. Take care!

This answer mostly helps. My client had to go to her computer to view it, rather than viewing it on her phone.  I’m not sure if it’s a client error, or a Quickbooks compatibility issue with the invoice displaying on iPhones.

Thanks for the help.
