My company logo will not stay. I have added jpeg and png. I have cleared the cache on my browser (Edge). It will not appear on my dashboard, just image placeholder.

Upon checking, I have seen an investigation (INV-101550) about the Company Logo not showing on the Dashboard page after a successful upload. With this, I recommend contacting our support team to have you added to the list of affected users.

To contact support, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online.
2. Select Help (?) in the upper right corner.
3. Choose or type Contact Us.
4. Type your concern, then select Let's Talk.
5. Select a tab to begin: Initiate a chat with a support expert or receive a callback from the next available expert.
